The National Digital Development Agency (ANADEN) is tasked with leading, driving, and coordinating digital development in the Union of the Comoros, in line with the country's major strategic directions. The company was created on January 10, 2019, by Decree No. 19_014_/PR. Institutional Anchorage The agency's administrative and technical oversight is exercised by the Presidency of the Union under the authority of the Secretary General of the Government. Financial oversight is provided by the Ministry of Finance, Budget, and Banking. The Agency also maintains regular interactions with the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications, and the Digital Economy, as well as the Ministry of the Interior, on cybersecurity-related issues.
