The CCAC-Mavuna, the Comoros Center for Artistic and Cultural Creation, was established in 2012 and is located in the Djomani district of Moroni, Comoros. It works in many artistic fields: Dance; Music; Singing; Writing; Theater; Visual Arts; and Cinema. The CCAC's primary mission is to promote Comorian culture through various events held within its center. These include workshops, performances, exhibitions, and various other events. To fulfill its mission, the CCAC-Mavuna pursues various objectives: to promote Comorian culture and heritage throughout its territory, in the Indian Ocean, and beyond, to place art at the heart of the lives of its residents and influence their daily lives, regardless of their age, origin, or social status.
